Welcome to my blog!

This blog will be about running and food.  Two of the best things ever(along with family, friends and my boyfriend)!  I love to run and bake.  I originally went to school for Technical Graphic, got a desk job after school and hated it.  I made the best decision of my life to go back to school for Baking and Pastry.  And I love my new job!  I am a cake decorator at Hy-Vee in Dubuque, Iowa.  I moved here about a year ago, after my boyfriend, Mike, got transferred here for his job.  The town is great for running, even though it is not a huge running community. The hills are a fantastic challenge and the trails are awesome.
